• After making your purchase we will contact you by mail or Discord, we will then carry out the exchange at your selected destination : trading post, neomail, auctions, gifts etc etc.
• If you choose to have your purchase sent to a new side account, you will receive its username and password by mail, the items will be stored in the new account's sdb.
For pets you can choose to have the pet transferred to one of your sides or you can get a new account with said pet on it !
• Please remember to share the side account username you'd like to use for the exchange.
• Delivery is instantaneous ! When you make a purchase we will receive a notification with your order and prepare the items for you. When you are ready we will send you the items where you desire.
• You can choose to have the items/pets sent to a side account of your choice or a new one created by us. Be sure to prepare a side account and to use a vpn !
Absolutely! If an item is out of stock, you can place a special order through the website. We will do our best to get it in stock in time, you can choose to receive a notification when the item is back in stock.

• For now we will only do Paypal as it's the most secure payment method we have, maybe we will consider bank transfers in the future.
• This is a safe website, the only risk you may be taking is having your exchange /purchased side account frozen which is unlikely if you take precautions.
• Refunds are available for everything as long as the reason isn't a frozen account.
• If you're looking for a particular pet, color or species that's not in stock you can send us an e-mail detailing what pet do you wish to acquire, we will find/create it for you and transfer it to your desired account. Be sure to choose the pet's name if you want a newly created pet.
• Keep in mind that exclusive colors are hard to find so it make take time depending on what you're looking for.
We began playing neopets in the early 2000s, as the owner of the website I fell in love with Neopets when I was a child. To this day even after all those years we try to find time to play and enjoy its content, even do some dailies on the good days when life's not too busy !
